Corporate Agreements

 

The ATSS provides the possibility to conclude a trilateral agreement TCH- Airline-Agency.

This agreement refers to the organization of sale of tickets for airlines' scheduled flights on ATSS STDs for corporate customers at special fares. The agreement prescribes a minimum amount of purchase.

A trilateral Agreement may set out other obligations of parties thereto (e.g. additional reports).

A trilateral Agreement must include the information on special fares (eligibility, calculation, change in special fares when the minimum amount of purchase is not achieved, etc.).

Settlement for sales under corporate agreements is made under Model Agreement.
